30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at westfield@westfieldhardwareltd.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as your credit card) within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
